Tried in three different browsers on 2 different computer. Never worked. It was free so just wasted time!

This is the ONLY app I have found that lets me stream my old iPhones to my MotionEYE OS server. It does this very well at medium resolution.. The ONLY thing I do not like about this app is that it does not have the option to setup a username and password to protect the feed. Please update this app to include that feature and I will gladly buy a "Pro" version!

I download on an iPod and ended up with a different product when it said “installing” ends up being Skype Home, which doesn’t work. It seems to be a fake link to another product and Skype doesn’t work for older version of iOS.

This app is a total waste. Most lazy developer Of all time!!!!!!

It's streams great on a powermac g5 lovely app really nice and it works with safari 4.1.3 what more can I ask for

Mini webcam is actually a great app and now is compatible with safari. At least it is on my iPad. No, this is not skype compatible (sort of disappointed) and no there is no audio. Not to big of a deal for me. I like the fact that I can see a room in my home from my iPad. Over all rating for this app 4 stars. Make it skype compatible and I'll give you 5.

This app ain't what I needed.Doesn't even work .I see what I see through the camera but it doesn't let it be a good webcam.I use the URL to use the webcam,to use it as a webcam on a site like omegle ,but it just doesn't work...it's not useful I'm deleting it..You deserve just one ⭐...Waste of time.🚫Dont download this people.🚫❎⛔👎.

Missing support for LTE/VPN, disabling local picture, enable local recording

Tried it on iPhone 5 and used the URL but it would not open web page.

Got this to put my old iPhone 4 to use as a remote webcam. Useless because app constantly crashes.

Many of the reviews here are from people who expect this app to do things it does not attempt to do. They are correct when saying rear cam only (that's the better camera anyway) and that there's no sound (it doesn't claim to offer sound recording). Other people here are confused, thinking that this is a WebCam you can attach directly to your computer and use to get video in Skype for example. That is not what this webcam app supposed to. The big disappointment that I find here, is that for some strange reason, the only web browser that supported his Firefox. With other browsers you get garbage characters as if the browser is attempting to render the date of an image as the binary text. It's very peculiar it's probably small fix. I really hope the developers make note of the same changes and they quickly released patch. I'm quite disappointed as well with people who have given this app bad reviews based on their inability to figure out how port forwarding works or even in some cases what the URL is supposed to be for the WebCam when the WebCam URL is clearly there on screen. Please read the documentation.

Works great w/Firefox! Resolution is fantastic!

Followed the directions, tried it with data off and aux cable plugged in, AND with data on. No results either way

I love this concept, but I have windows, and I can't view it on google chrome or Internet explorer. If you could add those capabilities, that would be awesome.

Webcam starts up, but if I connect via the browser on my iPad all I get are garbage characters.

Got this just to watch in a browser and when I type the address in nuthin happens. So nobody get this app

It live streamed for a few minutes this morning, but I keep getting an error that it can't reach the server. WTH?! If you aren't supporting this app any longer then pull it from the app store, please!

Well, it starts up, I can hit the "start" button, and it even shows a video it presumably thinks it's broadcasting. But I can't access it from any browser, even ones on my network, regardless of what port it's set to use.

Set up instantly. Works perfectly with my iPod to transmit to my iPad through my network. Would like to see and be willing to pay for a MacApp version to work with my macbook pro or mac mini computer(s).

I'm confused, is there a point to having a webcam with no sound?

I tried for a hour trying to get it to work And it didn't!!

Needs a zoom feature. If using my iPhone I have to have it right in front of the object.

Based on the nature of this app, sound supporting might not be possible, so Im not going to give low rating based on that. It will be nice if this app can support data transfer while screen is locked. I know some people may dislike this feature, but at least give us the option to enable that, please. Performance is good, I found medium quality is actually faster than low quality setting. Overall this app worth a 5 star.

I was looking for an app to turn my iPhone into a webcam that was: 1) Free 2) For use on a LAN; no WAN functionality required 3) Didn't require any additional software This app does all of the above. The image size, frame rate, and quality is reasonable at the "medium" setting. What I don't like: 1) Doesn't work on Chrome and IE8. It does work on Safari (Mac & iOS) and Firefox (Mac & PC). 2) Something very weird is going on with the orientation. When viewed on iOS, the camera must be held in Portrait mode. When viewed on Safari on iOS, the camera must be held in Landscape mode. The app should read the orientation of the device and act accordingly. 3) No sound.

No google chrome or QuickTime player!!!!! I want this add soon

Its missing a couple things but its very stable and the features it does have work well.. I do have a few suggestions that I didn't see anybody else mention: 1.) A control in the web browser to switch quality. 2.) Also a "Kill" switch in the browser would be great. Just a button that either closes the app or locks the phone.

I'm very happy with what this app does for free. Occasionally, the web page would freeze, but then, all you have to do is refresh the page. Tip: For those of you who are a little technically savvy: if you want to serve your picture over the Internet, you need to use port- forwarding on your router. Works like a charm. Plug your phone in though, if you're going to use it over an extended period of time, as it does eat batteries. Thanks guys, great job! Keep at it. :-)

This app is great, but could be improved in the following areas: -make the viewing screen larger -add audio Still a really cool app.

This app once worked well and could have been handy. But it no longer works. It just says server is not supported.

Why would I half to download a browser like EI wich thats firefox while I have the best browser ever? I have did test on safari, Firefox, and google chrome beat them all in spead and facebook!

It's more of a home monitoring device. Somebody buy iWebCamera and let us know if that works for what almost everybody who downloaded this is looking for.

yep, no sound, yep you gotta lock the rotate button when viewing on an iOS device, yep you gotta adjust video quality to increase size of image--but hey the high quality setting provides an excellent quality image and the medium setting works fine. I see no reason why this app would not be worth money if it had audio. Gives you a URL you can copy and paste to share, and is viewable Safari. It really works easily. Want front camera and sound?, buy a real webcam and use a video chat like Facetime or Tango. This is app "just works" and that is its beauty! 5 stars when audio is available. But I don't need audio for a security cam.

I really want to use this app, bu it doesnt have support for the Google Chrome!!!!! This would be so usefull to me, I dont wanna spent my money in a webcam.... I just wanna use my phone!!!!!

Wasn't able to get working on iPhone 4 with iOS 5 instead of the web address for the browser (as the instruction say) it just says "WLAN connection needed" Its connected to my wifi network. Deleted

Ok so u can see urself only on your network by typing in your ip address as url in browser. wow /fail /freesucks

So I know I need to port forward to get it to work but I need the port. Low and behold no website FAQ or support page. I would be pissed If I paid for this. Great business sense

Does what it says it does...sound would be nice..also doesn't work with chrome or Internet explorer...had to download Firefox to make it work.
